A simple structure — not a simplified version of the work, just a clear one.
Understanding the project — your budget, your programme, and the land itself.
Turning ideas into a project that can actually be built — with the practical and technical constraints of the site and the climate accounted for from the start.
Final plans, specifications, contractor quotations, and a final budget — reviewed and consolidated before construction begins.
Construction management: site meetings, documentation, and quality control throughout.
Punch list, corrections, final inspection, handover and warranties.
A client is never committed beyond the phase they're currently in. It's possible to stop, or change direction, before moving into the next one.
KAMP also makes unscheduled or additional visits whenever needed — the ten-day rhythm is the baseline, not the limit. Each meeting typically covers:
KAMP is the link between the contractors and the client. When a client decision is needed, KAMP follows up on it and passes the outcome on to whoever needs it on site.
Once the contractor considers the house ready, delivery follows a structured sequence rather than a single handover date.
KAMP and the client walk the site together with the contractor. Every defect found is identified, photographed, and described. The contractor generally has around fifteen days under the contract to complete corrections.
A further visit confirms which items have been resolved. A formal document recording the closure of the punch list is produced at this stage.
